Loss or Damage: If the rental equipment is not returned, or is lost or damaged beyond repair, the full Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) for the equipment will be charged.
No Proration, Refunds, or Exchanges: Equipment rentals cannot be prorated, refunded, or exchanged once the rental agreement is in place.
