If you need to return or exchange the item, please contact us within 5 days of receipt of your purchase.

Returns & Exchange Policy

  • Purchases can be return or exchange within 5 days of purchase with original receipt.
  • Items must be returned in new, unused and resellable condition, and in its original packaging.
  • Due to health regulations we can not accept returns or exchanges on the following items: diapers, under pads, ostomy supplies, urological supplies, stockings, bathroom products, mattresses, walkers, canes, crutches, lift chairs, pillows, masks, nebulizers, personal care products, or special orders.
  • Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense.
  • Some of our products are offered with free shipping, so please note if you return a product that has free shipping, our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund.
  • Returns will be inspected prior to issuing credit.
  • Returns received without a written authorization will not be credited.
  • If a product is returned to the wrong address, E Care Medical Supplies, LLC reserves the right to charge for any additional shipping fees associated with shipping the product to the correct location.
  • Orders cancelled after the product has been shipped are subject to all standard return policies.
  • All returns are subject to 25% restocking fee.
