1st time renting a Lift Chair Recliner so we weren’t sure what to expect but the company website is pretty easy to navigate and once I heard back from them, the rest was easy. The chair was delivered the same day and was promptly set up. Aron was great, he went through the remote features and explained everything! Will definitely recommend ECare Medical Supplies for any medical supplies you may need!

Exceptional Customer Service!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience with E Care Medical Supplies! My mother recently had surgery, and we needed a medical recliner for her recovery. We called this morning, and they immediately made arrangements to have it delivered by 2 PM the very same day!

A special thank-you to Nick, who drove an hour to deliver the chair, brought it inside, set everything up, and patiently walked us through how to use it. He was incredibly kind, professional, and thorough.

When you’re caring for a loved one after surgery, this level of responsiveness, compassion, and service means the world. From start to finish, E Care made the entire process effortless. Thank you, Nick and the E Care team, for going above and beyond! Highly recommend!

My daughter and I needed some specialty medical equipment after my wife fell and broke her hip. E Care Medical Supplies had the equipment and we made arrangements for delivery over the phone. The personnel who helped un on the phone were super. The equipment was delivered on time and picked up on time for return by a very nice young man named Aron. Super group of people to work with and based on my experience, I highly recommend them.

From the initial contact with E Care Medical Supplies (store visit with Ms. Kelsey) to the delivery of the lift chair that we purchased ( Golden Technology Cloud) we have been incredibly impressed with the company and its representatives. Ms. Kelsey was exceptionally knowledgeable about the various chairs and the features that they provided. The White Glove Delivery team of James and Aron was flawless. They were prompt and very methodical with the setup of the chair. Mr. James reviewed the operation of the chair with us to make sure that the chair was fully functional and working properly. He very patiently answered every question that we had on our list and had my husband to sit in and demonstrate the controls/use of the chair. We are very pleased that we chose E Care Medical Supplies for our purchase and will definitely consider them for any future purchases if needed.

My parents purchased a lift recliner from eCare for my dad. There were a lot of chair options and fabric/colors to choose from. Delivery was made in the Navasota/Hempstead area with no problem. My parents could not be there for delivery so my husband was there. James and Aron provided exceptional service. Not only did they go through all the details about the chair with my husband, but they also let him FaceTime my mom and went over it all again with her. They also took time to answer all the questions she had.

Experience Peace of Mind, and Independence - Knee Scooters Serving Hempstead, TX

When my cousin’s mom was coming home for hospice care, we wanted everything just right—comfort, dignity, and as much ease as possible during those fragile days. The house was quieter than usual, but what stood out most was how much she needed help moving around without feeling trapped or unsafe. That’s when we started looking into knee scooters, something none of us had really considered before but turned out to be a total game-changer. It’s not just a mobility aid; it felt like a little bit of freedom restored, especially when managing those slow, careful steps around the house.

Finding knee scooters for sale near me was easier than I expected, thanks to E Care Medical Supplies. They’re based in Houston but proudly serve Hempstead, Texas, and the surrounding communities, delivering right to your door—even same-day or after-hours if you’re in a pinch. What I really appreciated was that you don’t have to jump through hoops with insurance—their flexible payment options let you use your FSA or HSA funds, or just pay straightforwardly by card or financing. Plus, you can actually see and try the models in their showroom before you buy. That made all the difference for us: being able to test the knee scooter’s comfort and maneuverability gave peace of mind that the right fit was found for her needs. And knowing they provide in-home setup and local warranty service meant we weren’t left on our own if anything needed tweaking.

Knee scooters are such a practical solution, especially for seniors or anyone recovering from foot or leg injuries who want to stay independent without risking a fall. They take the pressure off caregivers too—one less thing to carry or worry about. E Care’s medical supplies store serving Hempstead, Texas, is trusted by local families for good reason: they’re responsive, kind, and really know durable medical equipment (DME) inside and out. Whether you’re looking to buy knee scooters medical equipment purchase or even considering rentals, they handle everything with genuine care.
