Which Items Qualify for a Price Match?

Our Price Match Guarantee applies only to the following eligible products:

• Eligible products: Lift Chairs, Power Scooters, Folding Scooters, Power Wheelchairs & Electric Wheelchairs.
• Identical product: Same brand, model number, and specifications.
• New condition: Must be new, unused, and not refurbished or open-box.
• Sold by E Care Medical Supplies: Product must be available for purchase from us, either in-stock at our Houston showroom or orderable directly from the manufacturer (special order items are eligible).
• Immediately available: Competitor’s product must be in stock and available for immediate shipment.
• Qualified competitor: Price must be publicly advertised by an approved online or local retailer.
• Excludes coupons and promo codes: Price match applies only to the advertised base price of the qualifying product. Manufacturer coupons, promotional codes, rebates, or other special offers are subject to management approval.
• Approval may be required: In some cases, price matches for items with special circumstances (e.g., special orders or competitor promotions) may require review and approval by our management team.
