Both Jessy and Fernando were outstanding. Fernando was very sensitive to this patient’s condition (hypersensitive vision and hearing) and did an amazing job setting up the bed and explaining its operation. Without hesitation, I give him my highest recommendation.

My daughter and I needed some specialty medical equipment after my wife fell and broke her hip. E Care Medical Supplies had the equipment and we made arrangements for delivery over the phone. The personnel who helped un on the phone were super. The equipment was delivered on time and picked up on time for return by a very nice young man named Aron. Super group of people to work with and based on my experience, I highly recommend them.

From the initial contact with E Care Medical Supplies (store visit with Ms. Kelsey) to the delivery of the lift chair that we purchased ( Golden Technology Cloud) we have been incredibly impressed with the company and its representatives. Ms. Kelsey was exceptionally knowledgeable about the various chairs and the features that they provided. The White Glove Delivery team of James and Aron was flawless. They were prompt and very methodical with the setup of the chair. Mr. James reviewed the operation of the chair with us to make sure that the chair was fully functional and working properly. He very patiently answered every question that we had on our list and had my husband to sit in and demonstrate the controls/use of the chair. We are very pleased that we chose E Care Medical Supplies for our purchase and will definitely consider them for any future purchases if needed.

I had a great experience with eCare Medical Supplies. James was my delivery specialist and went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. He took extra time to make sure the rental equipment was installed properly and that I was fully trained and comfortable using it. He was extremely professional, patient, and knowledgeable.
When James returned to pick up the equipment, he was just as kind and courteous. He checked in to see how the equipment worked for me and made the entire process seamless from start to finish. Excellent customer service—thank you, James and the eCare team

My parents purchased a lift recliner from eCare for my dad. There were a lot of chair options and fabric/colors to choose from. Delivery was made in the Navasota/Hempstead area with no problem. My parents could not be there for delivery so my husband was there. James and Aron provided exceptional service. Not only did they go through all the details about the chair with my husband, but they also let him FaceTime my mom and went over it all again with her. They also took time to answer all the questions she had.
★★★★★
Ordered and received a rental chair. Aron and James delivered the chair. They were very fast and efficient. These men are very nice and people friendly. They set the chair up. James explained how to use the chair. Aron explained some of the safety measures, like covering up the cord so I don’t trip. These guys are very good representatives for your company and I appreciate the time they took with me.

The delivery by James was top notch! He took extra care with moving, setup, explanation, and demonstration. Very thoughtful and considerate of our situation and how the chair could be best used. James was also very careful as to not mark our walls while moving the chair through a tight corridor. Excellent service!

We can’t say enough about the awesome service. My dad got home today from surgery and we didn’t expect to need a lift chair but last minute realized it was needed. We made the call at 4:30pm, they had it delivered by 6:30pm. Truly grateful and the service was beyond great. We would definitely recommend to anyone needing medics equipment rental.

James did an outstanding job. He went well above and beyond what would have been expected from a normal delivery service. He took the time to set up and explain all the equipment, and was very knowledgeable about everything we were going through. He even showed me a few new items we had not considered, that are on their website, that we will probably need in the future. Very pleased. Thanks again James.

Working with E Care has been a very positive, and easy experience. From the wonderful customer phone service to the fantastic delivery!
James and Aron were the best of the best!
Friendly, thorough, and very knowledgeable, I could not have asked for a better experience.
Of course, I hope to not need medical equipment rental again, but if I do, E Care will be my go to, and hope that delivery will be by James and Aron!
If only all businesses could be run in such an efficient and friendly manner.

James delivered my lift chair today ahead of my shoulder surgery tomorrow morning. Was exactly on time as he said he would be. Very pleasant young man who was very polite and had my chair set up and ready in just a short time. He explained all the details and gave me a rundown on how everything worked. After a few minutes of conversation on how I hurt my shoulder and it was while gator hunting in September. Well that’s when he found out I had been on Swamp People. I gave him a little tour of my shop and explained a little bit of what I do. If every business had an employee like James, they would always have customers. I know that I will probably be having surgeries as long as I keep going wide open and will use this company when me or my family needs medical equipment. Thanks again James for the conversation and look forward to seeing you again in a month!!!
