1st time renting a Lift Chair Recliner so we weren’t sure what to expect but the company website is pretty easy to navigate and once I heard back from them, the rest was easy. The chair was delivered the same day and was promptly set up. Aron was great, he went through the remote features and explained everything! Will definitely recommend ECare Medical Supplies for any medical supplies you may need!

Exceptional Customer Service!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience with E Care Medical Supplies! My mother recently had surgery, and we needed a medical recliner for her recovery. We called this morning, and they immediately made arrangements to have it delivered by 2 PM the very same day!
A special thank-you to Nick, who drove an hour to deliver the chair, brought it inside, set everything up, and patiently walked us through how to use it. He was incredibly kind, professional, and thorough.
When you’re caring for a loved one after surgery, this level of responsiveness, compassion, and service means the world. From start to finish, E Care made the entire process effortless. Thank you, Nick and the E Care team, for going above and beyond! Highly recommend!

My daughter and I needed some specialty medical equipment after my wife fell and broke her hip. E Care Medical Supplies had the equipment and we made arrangements for delivery over the phone. The personnel who helped un on the phone were super. The equipment was delivered on time and picked up on time for return by a very nice young man named Aron. Super group of people to work with and based on my experience, I highly recommend them.

From the initial contact with E Care Medical Supplies (store visit with Ms. Kelsey) to the delivery of the lift chair that we purchased ( Golden Technology Cloud) we have been incredibly impressed with the company and its representatives. Ms. Kelsey was exceptionally knowledgeable about the various chairs and the features that they provided. The White Glove Delivery team of James and Aron was flawless. They were prompt and very methodical with the setup of the chair. Mr. James reviewed the operation of the chair with us to make sure that the chair was fully functional and working properly. He very patiently answered every question that we had on our list and had my husband to sit in and demonstrate the controls/use of the chair. We are very pleased that we chose E Care Medical Supplies for our purchase and will definitely consider them for any future purchases if needed.

My parents purchased a lift recliner from eCare for my dad. There were a lot of chair options and fabric/colors to choose from. Delivery was made in the Navasota/Hempstead area with no problem. My parents could not be there for delivery so my husband was there. James and Aron provided exceptional service. Not only did they go through all the details about the chair with my husband, but they also let him FaceTime my mom and went over it all again with her. They also took time to answer all the questions she had.

Benefits & UseLight & Portable 365 Auto Mini CPAP With Humidierreferência do aluguelBenefits
Renting a CPAP machine is a great solution for various needs. Whether you're just starting sleep apnea treatment, traveling, or need a temporary replacement, renting can provide an immediate and cost-effective option. Here's why renting a CPAP machine might be right for you:
Short-Term Needs:
Renting allows you to use a CPAP machine temporarily while you wait for insurance approval, during travel, or after surgery. You don't need to commit to purchasing a unit if you're unsure about your long-term treatment options.
Travel-Friendly:
If you're going on vacation or business trips, renting a portable CPAP machine ensures you can continue your therapy without the hassle of transporting bulky equipment. It also saves you the trouble of carrying around a full-sized machine.
Insurance Coverage: Some insurance policies may require a trial period before approving the purchase of a CPAP machine. Renting offers a low-risk way to start treatment while waiting for insurance approval. Please note that we do not accept insurance. Our rental service is designed to be out-of-pocket only, providing affordable and flexible payment options without the need for insurance billing or approval.
Test Before You Buy: If you're new to CPAP therapy and not sure if it will work for you, renting a machine for a few months lets you test the therapy without a major financial commitment.
Affordable Option: Renting a CPAP machine is often much more affordable in the short term than purchasing one outright, especially for those on a budget.Features
Standard CPAP Machines:Ideal for patients with basic sleep apnea needs, these machines provide consistent airflow throughout the night.
Auto-CPAP Machines:
Automatically adjusts airflow based on your breathing patterns, providing a personalized level of treatment throughout the night.
BiPAP Machines:
For patients with more complex breathing disorders, a BiPAP machine delivers two levels of pressure: higher during inhalation and lower during exhalation. We don't offer Bipap rentals at this time
Portable CPAP Machines:
Lightweight and compact, perfect for those who travel frequently or need a CPAP machine while away from home.Videos Related video references
