Exceptional Customer Service!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience with E Care Medical Supplies! My mother recently had surgery, and we needed a medical recliner for her recovery. We called this morning, and they immediately made arrangements to have it delivered by 2 PM the very same day!
A special thank-you to Nick, who drove an hour to deliver the chair, brought it inside, set everything up, and patiently walked us through how to use it. He was incredibly kind, professional, and thorough.
When you’re caring for a loved one after surgery, this level of responsiveness, compassion, and service means the world. From start to finish, E Care made the entire process effortless. Thank you, Nick and the E Care team, for going above and beyond! Highly recommend!

From the initial contact with E Care Medical Supplies (store visit with Ms. Kelsey) to the delivery of the lift chair that we purchased ( Golden Technology Cloud) we have been incredibly impressed with the company and its representatives. Ms. Kelsey was exceptionally knowledgeable about the various chairs and the features that they provided. The White Glove Delivery team of James and Aron was flawless. They were prompt and very methodical with the setup of the chair. Mr. James reviewed the operation of the chair with us to make sure that the chair was fully functional and working properly. He very patiently answered every question that we had on our list and had my husband to sit in and demonstrate the controls/use of the chair. We are very pleased that we chose E Care Medical Supplies for our purchase and will definitely consider them for any future purchases if needed.

CARBON FIBER ENGINEERING MEETS EVERYDAY INDEPENDENCE Carbon fiber is the same material used in race-car chassis, premium bicycles, and high-end sporting equipment chosen specifically because it delivers serious strength at a fraction of the weight of metal. The AeroCarbon brings that engineering into a rollator for the first time at a price most families can manage. The result is a piece of mobility equipment that genuinely feels different the moment you pick it up light enough to lift one-handed into a car trunk, slim enough to fit in any closet, and built without traditional weld points which are the failure points where most aluminum rollators eventually crack. The 9. 5-inch front wheels roll smoothly over uneven sidewalks, indoor thresholds, and rougher outdoor surfaces the 8-inch rear wheels add stability through turns. The enclosed brake cables don't snag on clothing, doorways, or shopping bags a small detail that becomes a big detail over months of daily use. Handle height adjusts between 31. 7 and 37. 6 inches so users from 4'10" to 6'1" can find a comfortable grip without hunching. And the 17. 5" padded seat with ergonomic backrest means you've always got a comfortable place to rest during longer outings at the farmer's market, between gates at the airport, partway through a museum visit. A great fit for Active users who want real walking support without giving up the freedom to travel, run errands, or get out of the house easily Anyone who has been hesitant about using a rollator because traditional ones look too medical this one genuinely doesn't Frequent travelers the AeroCarbon goes on planes, trains, cruise ships, and family road trips without strain Caregivers and family members who'll be lifting the rollator into vehicles often 11. 5 lbs is genuinely manageable solo Users recovering from knee or hip surgery who need walking support during rehab but don't want a clunky piece of equipment around Anyone who appreciates thoughtful design refined matte finish, clean lines, modern aesthetic, available in gray or black KEY FEATURES What you'll noticein daily use Feature What it really means for you Just 11. 5 lbs Carbon fiber frame, weld-free construction About half the weight of a typical aluminum rollator. You'll feel it the first time you lift it into a car or the first time you carry it up a step. This is the kind of light that changes whether you actually take the rollator with you, or leave it behind. Carbon fiber frame Race-car-grade material in a rollator Carbon fiber is what high-end bicycles, race cars, and sporting equipment use chosen because it's strong without being heavy. The weld-free construction also means fewer stress points than welded aluminum frames, which tend to crack over time. Sleek matte finish gray or black Modern industrial design This doesn't look like medical equipment. It looks like something you'd see at a design store. The matte finish hides scratches and fingerprints, and the clean Euro-style design feels at home anywhere a restaurant, a museum, a friend's living room. Supports up to 330 lbs comfortably Engineered carbon fiber strength The light weight doesn't mean a lower capacity. The carbon fiber frame is rated for 330 lbs comfortably accommodating most users at any size. The chassis feels solid, not flexy, the moment you put weight on the handles. Adjustable handle height 31. 7" 37. 6" range The wide adjustment range fits users from about 4'10" to 6'1". The right handle height means you walk upright with shoulders relaxed not hunched. After an hour of walking, the difference shows up in how your back feels. 17. 5" padded seat with ergonomic backrest 23" seat-to-floor height A real comfortable place to rest when you need it the farmer's market, the airport, halfway through a museum, between holes at a putt-putt course. The backrest is shaped to actually support your lower back, not just hold you in place. 9. 5" front wheels 8" rear wheels Larger fronts for better outdoor handling The larger front wheels roll over uneven sidewalks, indoor thresholds, and rougher outdoor surfaces places where smaller-wheeled rollators bog down or tip forward. The rear wheels add stability through turns. Enclosed brake cables Locking hand brakes, snag-free The brake cables run inside the frame instead of along the outside so they don't catch on clothing, doorways, grocery bags, or anything else. Squeeze for braking push down to lock the brakes when you sit down to rest. Slim side-to-side fold Compact storage profile Folds in seconds for a sedan trunk, a closet, the back of an SUV, behind the driver's seat. The side-to-side fold is genuinely slim about the depth of a couple of cookbooks side by side. Storage bag cane holder included Practical extras you'd usually buy separately The removable storage bag handles your wallet, phone, water bottle, errands. The cane holder lets you bring a backup cane along on outings without needing two hands. Both come included many other rollators charge extra. Some days, I felt completely drained just from helping my dad up and down the stairs. His balance wasn’t what it used to be, and every step seemed to demand my full attention—and strength I didn’t have. Then, finding a Rollator changed everything. It wasn’t just another medical gadget; it became a lifeline for both of us. Having something sturdy, easy to maneuver, and comfortable gave my dad the confidence to move around more independently. And for me? Well, suddenly those daily walks didn’t feel like a marathon. If you’ve ever felt that worn-down kind of tired from caregiving, you might want to look into Rollators. They really can make a difference.
What surprised me the most was how much it helped to actually see and try Rollators in person before buying. Instead of guessing if a model would suit my dad, we took a trip to E Care Medical Supplies in Houston. It’s the kind of place where you walk into a real showroom, not just browse pictures online.
