I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience with E Care Medical Supplies! My mother recently had surgery, and we needed a medical recliner for her recovery. We called this morning, and they immediately made arrangements to have it delivered by 2 PM the very same day!

A special thank-you to Nick, who drove an hour to deliver the chair, brought it inside, set everything up, and patiently walked us through how to use it. He was incredibly kind, professional, and thorough.

My parents purchased a lift recliner from eCare for my dad. There were a lot of chair options and fabric/colors to choose from. Delivery was made in the Navasota/Hempstead area with no problem. My parents could not be there for delivery so my husband was there. James and Aron provided exceptional service.
